We are now at the 2 1/2 week mark with Jack, and Mandy and I celebrated our fourth anniversary on Thursday night. My mom was gracious enough to take care of Jack for a few hours. She didn't require very much persuasion.
Jack is as beautiful as ever and is really starting to interact more with us. He is coo-ing and smiling regularly--which is about 3-4 weeks early. He is such a mellow little guy. He really doesn't have big fussy spells, and the small ones that he has are all digestion related.
Things are fairly quiet now that everyone has gone home. Valerie and the little ones were the last to go and they left on Wednesday. It is sad to see everyone go (especially since I don't see either of my beloved sisters frequently), but it is kind of nice to have Jack to ourselves for a bit.
We are now anxiously preparing for the birth of Jack's little cousin, Ella Grace Locker, who will be born to my first-cousin Chad and his wife Meredith. They live right around the corner from us so we are looking forward to each having a little playmate as they grow. Ella is due to join us on Tuesday, August 21.
I will start a new album for 2 weeks through 2 months, so check back soon for the link. I also will try to put some video up on the blog soon.

We forgot that your anniversary date is the same as our eldest, Rob, and his wife, Nona (1992). The joy of the LORD is your strength.

Love the new pictures! He's so sweet! Keep 'em coming! -Tiffani
